  • We're so excited for you to receive your order! Our snacks are delicious and may take some time to arrive.

    Just a heads up – our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

    Here's what to expect:

    - You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
    - You can expect your order to ship within 7-10 business days
    - Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, your orders will be shipped via 2-day air. At this time, we only offer ground shipping.
    - You'll be able to track your order via an email sent to the same email address used to place your order.
    Other things to note:

    If your order includes more than 3 boxes or is a bundle your entire order may arrive in more than 1 shipment. If there are multiple packages to your order some may arrive before others

    We only fulfill orders from our warehouse Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Depending on where you live, your order may be shipped via UPS or USPS.

    Orders with 1-3 boxes will ship in one package.
    Orders with more than three boxes and the Everything Bundle will ship in separate packages.
    Your items may arrive at different times.
    Free shirts may ship in a separate package.
    Please reach out to us if you believe part of your order is still missing. We recommend waiting five business days after receiving the first part of your order before contacting Feastables Support.
  • Although UPS and/or USPS are effective logistics companies, mistakes and accidents happen. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

    If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout:

    File a claim here
    If you did not add Route Shipping Protection:

    Wait at least 48-72 hours. Waiting sucks, but sometimes the carrier marks a delivery as "delivered" prematurely and it can show up.
    Check around your building that the package was delivered to and with neighbors.
    If you still cannot locate, contact UPS or USPS directly and file a report.

  • Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
